The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is hosting American Voices http://goo.gl/KbO5ZL, a vocal performance festival in November. There are an assortment of master sessions being offered with attention to varied genres, and vocal performances as well. However, we are particularly interested in the symposium sessions being hosted on vocal health and voice training. The first session will pay particular attention to vocal rehabilitation, in surgical and non-surgical cases. The second session will focus on research findings and the subsequent impact on modern vocal training methods.
These sessions likely would benefit and be of interest to any professional voice user in addition to the vocal performer. We will be there, will you?
