Voicetrainer, LLC Online Privacy Statement

We collect no information about our users that is not supplied voluntarily through web forms or e-mail. Any information collected in this manner is never shared with anyone unless expressly requested by the user. We do not sell or reveal user information to anyone. We may at times collect anonymous tracking information to gauge usage patterns and the popularity of specific areas of the site. As with all other information, these data do not leave our sites. Some of this data is gathered through the use of cookies. Cookies may be deactivated by the user at any time. They are not required for this site to function properly. Transparent gifs or pixels may occasionally be used for the same purpose, but these items gather no personal data and have no effect on site use or navigation.

When you use the website, we might insert some instructions on your computer, tablet or mobile device.  These instructions will be in the form of a "cookie" or similar file.  Cookies are small pieces fo instruction stored on your hard drive or device, not our website.  Cookies may help you navigate the website as easily as possible.  We may use cookies to prevent you from having to reenter your username and password each time you access the website.  You can delete these cookies by changing your privacy preferences in your internet browser.

All of our newsletters are opt-in, meaning that they are sent only to those who have specifically requested to receive them. Unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each issue. No information gathered from newsletter subscribers, including email addresses, is ever shared with or sold to any third party, unless expressly requested by the user.

Our site is not for children under thirteen years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.  If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal informaition. If we knowingly receive a child’s personal information, we will delete it from our system.

Acceptance of our Terms

By visiting the website Voicetrainer, LLC, viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to Voicetrainer, LLC, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not want to be bound by our Terms your only option is not to visit, view or otherwise use the services of Voicetrainer, LLC. You understand, agree and acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voicetrainer, LLC and that your use of Voicetrainer, LLC shall indicate your conclusive acceptance of this agreement.

Provision of Services

You agree and acknowledge that Voicetrainer, LLC is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services after delivery of your contracted service, if appropriate, at its sole discretion and without notice to you even if it may result in you being prevented from accessing any information contained in it. 

Terms of Use

You acknowledge and agree that Voicetrainer, LLC may contain proprietary and confidential information including trademarks, service marks, patents protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. All information and content including videotraining tapes and training worksheets available on or through the site are protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works of using any Content available on or through the site for commercial or public purposes. Voicetrainer, LLC authorizes you to view and print their individual training programs offline for personal, non-commercial use. Our content may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. Any further rights not specifically granted herein are reserved.

Submitted Content

Voicetrainer, LLC will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications which contain personal user information and which are transmitted directly to Voicetrainer, LLC.  The video content obtained by  Voicetrainer, LLC will remain the sole possession of Voicetrainer and you, the user.  You agree not to access Content through any technology or means other than the video playback pages of your personal training program.

Access to Password Protected Secure Areas

When creating your account for access to the video speech coaching program, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Voicetrainer, LLC immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. 

Termination of Video Speech Coaching Agreement

Your registered video coaching program will remain accessible onsite via secure passcode for three months from the date of receipt of your secure video speech coaching passcode.  Accessibility will be extended indefinitely if ongoing training is purchased. 

Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that your use of Voicetrainer, LLC is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided "As Is" and "As Available". Voicetrainer, LLC does not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever as to the operation of the Voicetrainer, LLC website, information, content, materials, or products. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that Voicetrainer, LLC shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This shall include, but not be limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not Voicetrainer, LLC has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, the liability of Voicetrainer, LLC is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

This service may contain links to other websites.  Further, the website interacts with third-party websites, including Supertintin, YouTube and Skype, to deliver you the service.  You will deliver us certain information and content using these websites, and we have permission to upload and share such information and content on these websites.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, we agree, whenever we upload or disclose your content or information on such websites, we will mark all such content "private" or "unlisted" under such websites' privacy settings.

You acknowledge and agree that Voicetrainer, LLC is not responsible for and does not endorse any advertising, products or resources available from such resources or websites.

Jurisdiction

You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by Voicetrainer, LLC to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of Voicetrainer, LLC. If the court of law having jurisdiction, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.

Entire Agreement

You understand and agree that the above Terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and Voicetrainer, LLC. You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.

Changes to the Terms

Voicetrainer reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of Voicetrainer, LLC after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
